NIPSEA Group’s R&D Innovation Center in Shanghai is our main gateway to customer-inspired innovations. The Center houses more than 100 experienced professionals across various fields such as chemistry, materials and chemical engineering. It also serves as a knowledge hub for employees, partners, and customers to connect and grow through our Groupwide network.

We are in the midst of building a campus in the R&D Innovation Center in Shanghai, in which we aim to employ more than 300 R&D and Innovation professionals by 2025.
