For the first time in Pakistan, we are proud to launch our project ‘NIPPON-NISA’ for women empowerment in collaboration with The Hunar Foundation Through this project women will be trained to become professional painters and graduates will be provided work opportunities by Nippon Paint Pakistan.
A CSR initiative by Nippon Paint Pakistan to empower women in Pakistan by training them to become painters leading to a reasonable income and a secure future.
Our plan is to encourage women to take up the profession of a painter by the method of a case study. By bringing on board a batch of 10 or more females and training them to be certified and skilled painters and then helping them find work during the early stages till the time they become self-sufficient.
These women would then provide a helping hand by becoming trainers/influencers in the industry.
